Do I need to move any furniture?
No, we can move most items on the day of the cleaning. The only items we don't move are very large pieces of furniture and some TVs. All we ask is if you could please clear the floor place of any smaller items and valuable items.
Will all those stains and marks be removed with the cleaning?
If I am honest...I cannot fully guarantee that all stains can be removed. We have a very successful record of stain removal. It would depend on a number of factors, the type of carpet, for example, a wool fibre carpet, the type of staining, how long it has been there and what if anything has been used in an attempt to try and remove it. We will always discuss this with you prior to any cleaning taking place.
How long will it take for the carpets to dry?
This will depend on the type of carpet and the degree of soiling. Generally, carpets are dry within 4-6 hours. We always leave an information sheet on post-cleaning, which includes information on the drying process.
